About Me

A passion for art has been my main driving force for as long as I can remember. My first job, in my teens, was as a freelance portrait composer. I would draw or paint family portraits for decent pocket money, and I loved it. I started working with graphic art in ‘98, teaching myself how to use photoshop and illustrator to compose characters for pc games, to create my own weird comic book characters, and for artistic photo manipulations.

In 2006, decided to further explore my desire to master new forms of art to add to my work-belt and got into photography. Like many photographers and artists, I used myself as my first model. Many of my earlier pieces were self-portraits tediously shot with a remote and tripod. After I felt comfortable enough with shooting myself, I started doing trade shoots with friends and models, which was actually far easier than self-shooting. I believe that my self-portraiture and artistic background have helped me gain the knowledge and patience to shoot with models to make them look their absolute best.

My mere interest in discovering a new artistic outlet morphed  into a true passion for photography. I can  now buoyantly claim that the jump from being a painter/illustrator/sculptor/graphic artist extraordinaire to photographer merveilleux, is an achievement that helps me go to bed with a smile every night. I love what I do and I do it well.

Glamour,  fashion,  and artistic conceptual photography are my expertise. I  also  shoot formal and informal commercial head shots. I’m very skilled at retouching images and my processing can vary depending on what my clients want. From very natural looking touch-ups to super glossy glam. Your needs are my command.

Please email me for my rates because the prices of projects  fluctuate based on location, shoot time, and post processing. Most glamor shoots start at $350 for 3 looks and includes around 8 master retouched images and all other images from the shoot on a disc. I am willing to negotiate prices with aspiring models and talent this means squeezing a shoot between shoots to reduce set up time, location fees etc. It never hurts to ask. I am also willing to do a very limited amount of  TFP/CD for  special  projects  and
individuals. This again depends on how much time I have and how I feel about you as a human being. Hey, I’m not a robot. I have feelings, too.

Xoxo
