I've been doing makeup for the last 10yrs from the retail end to running my own business doing bridal work. I did get a taste of what it was like to work with the Magazine Visionary, and was published in the Sping 2016 issue. I did makeup on 3 models for the shoot and landed the cover!
It made me realize where my passion lays and how I want to delve deeper into this field.
When it comes to makeup, I only use pro grade makeup and proper sanitation to ensure a safe working environment. I love to make the skin look like skin, I can do a full range of styles from the no makeup - makeup look to full glam.
I have done makeup on both women and men, I can do light hairstyling. I always arrive 20mins early for set up purposes to ensure nobody's time is wasted and only expect the same in return. I am a very straight forward and honest person and prefer to work with true professionals and will only do PAID shoots. I do 3 TFP shoots a year and it has to be something that is mutually beneficial to all parties.
As for who I am as an individual, I am 31y/o, from Hawaii, a wife and mother of 2 kids and 2 dogs. I have a multicultural background as my father is from Puerto Rico and my mother is from France and Spain, I don't speak either language fluently unfortunately but my Spanglish isn't bad! I currently work for Chanel as a makeup artist and have my business Enhanced Beauty Artistry, I've worked for Sephora in the past as well as Dillard's doing cosmetics.
