I started my makeup career approximately two years ago and have recently graduated with a certificate in makeup in all its forms. During my study I was taught beauty, fashion, creative and special effects makeup as well a bit of hair artistry.
I always tended to lean more towards towards the creative aspect of makeup, favouring fashion and the weirder side of what I could create. I come from an art background having also a qualification in Fine Arts and also flitted around with photography for a while. I am more entertained by the idea of the face being a canvas to be played with and worked upon rather than beauty for beautys sake.
