Hello, my name is Ellie and I recently moved to San Jose and am just beginning a professional photography business. For the past 8 years, I've taught art at colleges and art centers across the country, and I am excited for this new adventure. I am working on building up my portfolio on my website and would love to collaborate with models, makeup artists, and other photographers.
I love to capture authentic moments while creating technically and artistically strong photographs. I utilize natural light on location, but I also use off camera flash so that I have full control to create the best images. I use some posing that I pair with movement and interaction as well as incorporating some documentary style. I take most of my images digitally, but I also like to sometimes incorporate film.
