About Me

My name Is Ameera. I am a Houston based yoga teacher and Wellness professional. I started my own wellness company earlier this year and am growing it everyday. So far I have taught yoga to a wide range of people in the Houston area from young to old. Even though Yoga is a huge part of my life, I am also very passionate about the culinary arts. I am actually a graduate of Escoffier Online International Culinary Academy. By combining my love of food and fitness I hope to be able to provide my community with wellness services that help them feel healthy and empowered!
