Bee Smith is a singer, writer, poet, musician, actor, model, part-time shape-shifter, and occasional heartthrob who creates music under the name Starflower. He grew up in a sleepy blue collar suburb of Portland called Canby and after leaving, after graduating college, he spent years on the road on a seemingly endless international tour which lead him in constant motion, performing more than 300 primarily self-organized concerts in 40+ countries as a means to learn about the world around him. Upon returning to Portland in June of 2015, he spent the next two years writing and compiling a book of stories, poems, lyrics, letters, pictures, ideas, and political manifesto while recording four new, still unreleased albums bringing his original recordings count to over 500. Now, he's recently relocated to Los Angeles, perpetually amplifying his creations.
