I was born as an actor. I begun my studies in the National Academy of Drama in Rome, followed by acting workshops with Beatrice Bracco, NY Actor's Studio trainers (Dominique De Fazio and Michael Margotta) and a summer camp at RADA. I grew up amongst cameras and so I developed my passion for cinema, films, photography and all the expressive possibilities that these mediums can offer in terms of emotions and feelings. I'm also a singer songwriter, voice and producer of the band Chemical Trails (www.reverbnation.com/chemicaltrails) As a photographer I'm mainly into portrait photography for actors and models without restraining my work just to these genres of photography. I like to explore and as an artist I don't restrain myself into boundaries. Regarding headshots, being an actor and a photographer, gives me a great understanding of how important is the communication between the photographer and the model/actor. The final results, strongly rely on this. It's not a mechanical process. Prior to the photoshoot I need to talk to my actor or model, evaluating things together, and getting the them in the right mood as to create the magic! Because of that, I only take 1 or maximum 2 headshots per day, no more. I have no time limit, I don't work like an assembly line, we all need the time it takes to get the best result and everything ends when me and my client are both happy.
