Retired college professor finds love and adventure in photography! My motto: Discover the wonder of the everyday every day.

Having honed my skills for several years on stock photography (mostly landscapes, flowers, and objects) I'm ready to expand my work to include more commercial, portrait, and lifestyle images, and I even have some art and fantasy ideas. (None of which are related to "mature adult content"--just so you know. I don't do any NSFW,)

I'm looking for models who are willing to learn with me as I learn, and grow both our portfolios. I'm open to working with "non-model type" models--if you're perfect, that's great, but you don't need to be. I work with ordinary people of every age, size, body type, and ethnicity; it's my job to make them look better than they ever thought they could.

If you have ideas for locations, favorite clothes, props, poses, etc. just let me know--I believe the best work is the product of collaboration among creative minds. Are you up for play-acting? I'll be asking you to give me the happy/sad/angry/moody faces. I also love animals, and a well-behaved pet is welcome to participate in shoots. (Be forewarned: I come equipped with a big black dog.) Bring a friend along if you're nervous to come alone.
