I have been around the skin care and cosmetics industry since I was a very little girl. My mother was in the industry for 20 years and through her, I learned a lot about skin care and makeup. In 2010, I obtained my aesthetician license and worked in the industry ever since. I began applying makeup on others in 2004 while in college. My first job was a college friends' bridal portrait. She loved it so much, she hired me for her wedding. Since then, I've done countless weddings. I have to say it's my most favorite application. While working as an aesthetician, I convinced the owner of the spa to allow makeup applications. While working there, I was about to apply makeup to several types of skin. From acne scarring, to post laser, to post peel and more. I've dealt with pre-teens to senior ladies. I've applied bridal, special effects, halloween, quincenera, and more. I always look for opportunities to learn and I'd love to be a part of Model Mayhem to educate myself through experience and I also look forward to possibly shadowing those who have much more experience than I. What was fun and second nature to me has now become a lifestyle and with practice and determination, a job!
