I've been a digital artist for most of the last two decades, but have been migrating to oil painting more over the last five years. There just seems to be something more unique about the medium. I love the idea of light....how it curves around figures, how it comes through windows, how over-bright light can wash out scenes into a dreamlike feeling.. and since finding Model Mayhem, I'm looking for models to possibly hire and inspire future paintings as I continue this move from the digital art world to traditional oil painting.
