About Me

Growing up with two brothers and primarily boys for friends, I was no doubt a tom boy. Wearing baggy pants and my brothers shirts, I was happy looking like one of the guys. In fact I was so fine with looking like one of the guys, that I considered it a bad thing to be a girl. It felt like an insult to be called girly and I would even get mad. As I grew up I started to realize that being a girl was not only okay, it was great. Proud to be a woman I started to look in the mirror with a new found confidence and pride. Now seeing beauty as a strength rather then a weakness, I'm ready to smile bright and walk strong.
