Darian Marie is a Bold Make-up Artist, with an artistic and outside the box perspective on life that is highly reflected in her work. Her artistic experiences include drawing, painting, special effects, beauty, editorial and bridal. Darian Marie’s creative influences derived from a childhood filled with playing dress up, putting on fashion shows and dance competitions. She is inspired by fashion, horror/fantasy movies, and the colorful world around her.Darian’s passion for makeup and the ability to transform someone with it took a professional turn as early as high school where she began doing bridal parties and makeup for dance competitions.As a former Mac Makeup artist she has worked on the following: Fashion week in NYC, Off brodway show, Broadway Bears, TV- The Robert Shutter Show and Entertainment Weekly. Darian Marie also works with such artists as Lisa Pure and Kristin Cooke. She has worked with many different photographers including Joshua Paul and Allie Murphy. She also assists the amazing celebrity makeup artist Roxanne Rizzo. Darian Marie currently works as the regional make up artist for Smashbox Cosmetics of the North East. She is also lead makeup artist to Bridal Venues "The Inn in New Hyde Park and Russos On The Bay. Darian Marie has been in the Makeup industry for 10 years now and looks like there is no stopping her anytime soon. She continues to grow and build as a creative and well known artist.
