I've been interested in photography from shooting black and white using my High School's cameras. There were a few less-than-fun years in between until I was able to afford a Nikon 3100, and later a Nikon D7000.

Since then, I have traveled in the US, the UK (sadly, not Ireland or Scotland, but Wales was just AMAZING), to Tasmania, and South Africa.

I've not yet found a final niche, but HDR is fascinating, as are contrasts. And snowflakes. I really want to spend a few days learning to take awesome pictures of snowflakes as they're falling. The list extends to macro and astro photography - the immensely large and the immensely tiny.

Right now, I'm working on a couple projects. If you'd like to participate in any, please drop me a note.

1) A Spirograph device to draw patterns on a wall

2) Silhouettes. I especially want a couple sessions with a dancer as a model.

3) Art vs Urban. A ballet dancer against a city outline. A musician against rush-hour traffic. A painter against the urban jungle.

4) A "Going Out" series. I suspect this will be a multi-shoot project. I'd like each set to be able to stand on it's own, as well as be part of the larger set. It will trace a woman coming home from work, and getting ready to go out.
4.1) Coming home, kicking off her shoes, checking the mail, pouring a glass of wine.
4.2) Showering, drying off
4.3) Picking out wardrobe, lingerie, dress, trying different combinations (possible for different events - Going clubbing, vs a date, vs a gala event)
4.4) Doing her makeup, hair.
4.5) Accessorizing, perfume, and out the door.

5) Arousal, However, no nude or implied nude. I don't want to go any further than the LBD look. I'd like it to only be face/expression and kinesics.
