My response - "Why not?
The social stigmas associated with cultural views regarding how people should and shouldn't be, look, or act are extremely pervasive and I take them on as a challenge.
If a man is happy wearing "womens" clothes, a woman happy with her curvy body, or any other stigma you can idealize, then why should it matter what their religion is, color of their skin, who they are attracted to and show affection to?
To be kicked out of a cab for being a woman simply kissing another woman is plainly ignorant.
These stigmas based off our ancestors in cultures all around the world prevent us from becoming more unified and focusing efforts into more important issues like, I don't know, NASA and their super computers computing more data than you or I could possibly comprehend to result in a product that states, based off actual information of progression from years ago to now due to our population growth, energy demands, and affects on the environment, the conclusion is this... By approximately 2090, there will be an approximate increase in the global average temperature by 2-6 degrees Celsius. But we're more concerned about a man kissing a man or religious concepts from people whom have been deceased for hundreds to thousands of years as opposed to worrying and progressing towards a future that benefits our future generations.
So I want to utilize my assets and skills and succeed, by my college program, modeling, acting, or any other manner that I can and be a part of the groups of people that are trying to better the lives and well being of our future generations.
