Friends (168)About MeBio SAG/Aftra commercial actress/model Kholee Campbell was born in the small but LARGE town of San Bernardino Ca. She attended high school and college there pursuing a degree in production where she learned the fundamentals of making movie magic both behind and in front of the camera. While in her home town she anchored Inland Valley News, Inland Valley Magazine and Info 951 on Riverside's public access station, all the while building a fan base in her area. She received her degree in arts and science further making the big move to Los Angeles on a internship with NBC, where she had the priviledge of working on the show YOUR LA.. While on the show a notable photographer wanted to do a test shoot with her, and that is where her career in modeling began.. Kholee learned very quickly, and was a natural at the trade of modeling before long she had worked with over 15 photographers who admired her work.. Kholee is dillegently working in the entertainment field with both her acting career and print career. N-Kholee Campbell, 23, Van Nuys, CA JV: How did you get into modeling? N-. A photographer asked me.... could he take pictures of me and ever since then I loved it.... > JV: What do you as a model bring to the game? N-Me as a model I bring not only a frame or face but a personality that exudes the work I love to do. JV: What are your goals and how long do you plan taking on achieving them? N-My goals are to become a working print model for everything from McDonalds to Nike.. I'd love to have a huge billboard or ad with me on it, in a big city. I really would love to be a notable figure for girls growing up that have no figure to turn to. I also want to use my production background and direct and produce my own feature film. I believe by 40 my goals should be achieved. JV: What are some of the things you did not plan for with this career? N-I didn't plan on the non professionalism that some casting directors and photographers have such as trying to get a date out of the business transaction. I also didn't plan on the obsession with nudity that some photographers have. JV: What was your first photoshoot like and how do you think that you have grown since then? N-My first photoshoot... first off I wasn't aware of my facial expressions so I didn't do to much. So I smiled a lot and was very apprehensive and shy about poses. The photographer had to tell me step by step what to do. In the end I thought the pictures were ok and knew I could do better and wanted to try hard to pursue the art of modeling. I've grown because I am totally aware of my poses and facial expressions. I am very open with ideas and relaxed with modeling.. JV: What makes you unique as a model? N-I am very versatile. I can look like a 16 year old and then a vixen. I can come up with amazing modeling concepts and ideas for shoots. I am very creative with my poses all the while staying true to being me. JV: How does this industry affect your social and romantic life? N-The industry affects my social life because it allows me to attend many social events.. That being that I get invited to these events by both models and photographers.. I have met the most amazing women in this industry who are close friends of mine now. Modeling has affected my life romantically because I feel that many men are insecure by the career being that I come in contact with men models and photographers... unless the man I am involved with has established integrity which is hard to find with men my age.... JV: What advice can you offer other's who want this profession? N-The advise I can offer is be true to yourself learn to love your self it will exude outward which shows confidence... Practice poses and looks in a mirror every night. Be careful who u work with and don't go to any residential houses alone. There are a lot of crazyâs out there. You do not have to do nudity or implied nudity to become a model. Last but not least don't pay to be apart of any agency. The only thing you should pay for at least is pictures...
