About Me

A once Finance Exec. turned Fitness fanatic; I became a personal trainer after losing over 60 lbs and was a 2X Nationally Qualified NPC Masters bikini competitor. I competed in 2 highly competitive bodybuilding shows in NYC in 2014. I placed top 5 in both shows, and won the second, coming in first place in the Masters class at age 37. Age is truly but a number.
