I believe the job of the photographer is to tell a story through his or her pictures. Sometimes that story is about the model or the place being photographed, sometime it can be more abstract and based on mood or colour.

Where it is a project I am working on I am happy to use paid models and set the location and style. However I would also be interested in working with local models who want to build their portfolio and work with their ideas. Really enjoy working outdoor and unusual locations.

Finally, good communication skills are essential as I think they are fundimental to a productive shoot and basic good manners.
