I found makeup late in life, I'll admit. I didn't wear it, I didn't own alot of it and I certainly could not name the brands of makeup! But I needed a change, over 30 years in Retail had dulled me and I needed some excitement back in my life, I found it!! I enrolled in a Diploma of Specialised Makeup and haven't looked back. I can now converse in makeup speak, know how to contour and what a cut crease is and I own soooooo much makeup. I love all aspects of makeup and I'm trying them all out. I have been involved in the Fashion Industry for the past 12 months with runway shows and photoshoots. Just recently I ventured into the Film and Television industry with some specialised makeup. I also cater for Weddings; Balls and Costume parties with my little mobile makeup and hair business. I really enjoy the diversity that makeup offers me, I can let my super creative talents go wild on set and then that afternoon create a soft and romantic natural look for a Bride. It seems so limitless and is exactly what I needed, a chance to shine!
