I am a sculptor and painter who is constantly tipping my scales from light to dark and back again, trying to find a visual and visceral balance between the two in my work. My muse is duality, and my medium is usually steel, though I am starting to branch out. The large body of my recent work has been impressionistic landscape in oil paint. I have been asked to try and mix the inspiration of my early sculpture with my new 2-d leanings. Though I am experimenting with abstract sculpture and painting in other places, here I look for inspiration and collaboration with the figurative.
