Ramsay graduated from Pivot Point International Academy and was trained at TRIO salon alongside some of the top stylist in Chicago. She learned a Vidal Sassoon technique of cutting.

She attends classes outside the salon to expand her knowledge and skills to bring back to her clients. From bobs to blowouts, long layers to up-dos, Ramsay loves all aspects of cutting and styling.

Ramsay is known for her attention to detail and creativity, and is a renowned braiding queen.

Her work has been featured on TLC's Say Yes to the Dress, Modern Luxury Brides, The Wedding Chicks, GROUPON, and The Knot for her bridal hair.
