Hello, my name's David and I'm about to launch my photography business from my small studio based in Lanark. Previously focussing mainly on landscape photography, I'm now making the move into portraiture, lifestyle and wedding photography. Oh yes, getting the chance to do some fashion shoots would be great as well!

I do need to expand my current portfolio, so it will be great to work with models from all experience levels. I'm happy to work on a trade for print basis, and I will of course consider paid shoots once I get my head around organising the projects that I have swirling around my head. There's great countryside all around me, so lots of opportunity for outdoors work as well. I also enjoy the digital darkroom process, digitally (and sympathetically!) editing photos to a high standard. It will also be great to get in touch and work with local hair and make up artists, with a view to working together on a specific project, and also to possibly work occasionally as part of my studio portrait service.
