About Me

I’m an attorney practicing family law, child support and municipal law. I’ve owned my own law practice for anout 9 years. I started competing in the bikini and sports model divisions of natural bodybuilding going on three years ago. Last year I also started competing in the Angels division and this year I also started competing in the evening gown division of natural bodybuilding.

I also narrate audio books and am open to doing move voice over work.

My hobbies and interests include: sewing, portrait and wedding photography, welding, beading, knitting, crocheting, tatting, water skiing, snowboarding, gardening, building things, working on cars, jewelry making, music (I play the piano, saxophone, clarinet and bassoon), drawing, Model Ts, Horseless Carriages, bodybuilding, competing in marathons, competing in ultra marathons, camping, backpacking. I snowboarded competitively in high school. In college I jumped for the Sac State Water Ski Team and qualified for the national championships in Fall of 2003. I’m currently building a 1917 Model T Speedster. I’m a past President and Vice President of the Mother Lode Model T Club as well as a past President and Secretary of the Northern California Regional Group of the Horseless Carriage Club of America.

As a kid I was (what most people considered) fit and skinny. At 5’4” I weighed between 110 and 115 lbs. When I moved out of my parent’s house in college I gained weight until I weighted 160 lbs. I struggled several times to lose the weight. It wasn’t until I donated a kidney to my dad, in 2012, that I hit rock bottom with my weight. I became determined that I would never be fat again. I started training for a marathon and doing Nutrisystem. It was slow, hard work but I lost the weight.

As I was nearing my goal weight, a friend from the Horseless Carriage Club, was preparing to compete in the figure division of a bodybuilding competition. It sounded interesting to me so I researched it and found the bikini division. I signed up for my first natural bodybuilding competition in the bikini division. I used that competition to ensure I reached by goal weight. When I reached my goal weight I’d lost 50 lbs. I had so much fun at my first competition that I decided I want to earn my Pro Card. I continue enjoying natural bodybuilding and use it as a way to stay fit, healthy, avoid the habits that made me gain weight and inspire other people to achieve their health and fitness goals.

I’ve wanted to model since I was a kid. My parents frowned on me doing this. Frankly, they probably dreaded the idea of me adding one more interest to my long list of interests. I never stopped wanting to model. I worked hard to lose weight, get in shape and be a well rounded person. I’m excited for more modeling opportunities.

My bodybuilding titles include (but are not limited to): 1st Place INBA Ms. Reno Sports Model Open 2014, 2nd Place INBA Ms. Reno Bikini Open 2014, 2nd Place Evening Gown Open IPL 2016 California Championship.
