Jay Allan is a Los Angeles based fashion photographer specializing in glamour images.  Jay graduated from the exceptional Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, CA with a degree in Photo Illustration.  Upon leaving Brooks Jay began assisting work with several notable photographers such as Dan Wolfe and Annie Leibovitz.  Jay has been published in over 1000 magazines and on hundreds of websites worldwide. 

Jay began shooting high end products in 1996 for the major studios and has photographed projects for such clients as: The Disney Studio, Warner Brothers, Paramount Pictures, Universal Studios, and Lucasfilm Ltd.  Currently, Jay is shooting layouts for PLAYBOY and indie filmmaking with several features released.

Jay Allan's work is known for its high quality lighting and composition.  A careful blend of daylight and artificial light, mixed with beautiful makeup and colorful locations is a standard in the Jay Allan Image.
