Hi, I'm Darren, a photographer that enjoys creating photo opportunities. I set up photo shoots at different locations that often include a beauty make-up artist, models, with my wife who assists the shoot in all areas, having a beauty background. I make photo shoots happen, so that we can create good sharp quality artistic photos developing the best in the models, surroundings and myself.
I completed a year’s photographic film course at college when I was 17 and wanted to become a professional photojournalist, but for various reasons this didn't happen. 30 years later and I decided to buy a camera and re-discover my creative side. So, in October 2015, I started creating opportunities to make photographic shoots happen, starting to developing my own personal style with my camera.
I know what I like and that’s what I choose to shoot. If I don’t like it, I won’t shoot it.
In the six months that I have been taking photos, I have been invited to go on 15 event photo shoots for a magazine, with published results and we arranged complete photo shoots, with another two shoots soon.
At the time of writing I'm arranging another photo shoot with two new models at another exciting location and we are being considered to supply our photos for a wedding brochure.
