Hello Model Mayhem!

My name is Courteney and I am looking to work with some creative, talent people to make something awesome! I have recently moved to Los Angeles from Auckland, New Zealand and was excited about the amount photographers, stylists and makeup artists in this city, and all the opportunity out here.

Modelling has been part of my life for many years, first beginning when I was around 12 years old signing to my first agency where I did the odd modelling job here and there. It wasn’t until I was older, around 19 that I decided I would look at taking modelling more seriously. I applied for Miss World New Zealand 2013 and was accepted through as one of the potential candidates to represent New Zealand.

I have also worked in other roles within the fashion industry and have completed a Makeup Diploma in Film, TV, Fashion and Special Effects. There I learnt a large variety of makeup application techniques, product knowledge, industry knowledge, artist professionalism, and styles/looks. I have had past experience working as a Makeup Artist at runway shows as well as a talent agency in-house Makeup Artist.

I enjoy all different areas and aspects of the modelling industry and want to become more involved again and network in Los Angeles, USA, and the rest of the world. I think it’s great to have a community that other professionals can discuss, and connect to great amazing art!
