I am a fine art photographer based in the Southern Highlands of NSW Australia.

One of the original full time graduates of the Australian Film and TV School, I started life as a film director directing everything from feature films, TV drama and documentaries through to TVCs both in Australia and internationally. I have had extensive experience working with models and actors throughout my career.

I have given film directing away now and concentrate on my love of photography which has been informed by my work in film drama.

I am currently working towards an exhibition of fine art narrative photography. Most, if not all of these works, will be shot on location at night using models and a set of photographic techniques that I have been working on over the last few years.

In the first instance I am joining Model Mayhem looking for a series of models to participate in this art project. I will be paying them something towards costs.

In the long run I plan to develop an extensive portfolio of shots using models in new and unusual ways

My kit is based around a Nikon D800E. My favourite lens is my Sigma 35mm 1.4 art series. I hate flash photography so work in a more filmic style with continuous lighting wedded with light painting.

With two feature films and major television credits I have directed many of the biggest names in Australian film and TV.
