I am a freelance photographer and editor based in upstate New York, with a BA in Communication Media and Journalism from SUNY Geneseo. I first picked up a DSLR to document the natural beauty of places I traveled, and within a year I found myself shooting every day for various news publications, taking on photo assignments ranging from sports and events to feature stories and breaking news. After school, I began exploring different avenues of photography, and now I specialize in studio and environmental portraiture. My style is primarily photojournalistic, with a focus on experimentation with perspective, lighting, and composition. I enjoy working with a variety of subjects to create images that tell stories in unique ways.
