My name is Dan L
I started photography by working with Maurice Orange who is a Professional Photographer in SD in 2015. I would be his handyman setting up lighting equipment and making sure the lighting was good.
Since I moved away from San Diego to Ventura to attend college I am wanting to branch out from the studio and work outdoors with natural and strobe lighting.
I am a big fan of headshots and locational shoots and I want to get into some experimental photography as well.
Things to know about working with me:
- I bring snacks and water to my photoshoots
- I am professional and will work inside of your comfort level
- I will help you pose but generally I encourage my models to explore the environment for places to pose along with trying out new poses
- If you cancel on one of my shoots then you will not work with me again as a model
Right now I am working on developing my own style when it comes to photography and post processing. I try to take a big step every week when it comes to my photography and editing style.
