My name is Shelby Stepp and I am a freelance make up artist in the DC Metropolitan Area! I am also a student at University of Maryland, College Park double majoring in Business Marketing and Communications - PR. I will soon enroll at Parsons in NYC to pursue a masters degree in Fashion Studies.
