Michael, an artist, photographer and fine art bodypainter. Born in San Jose California and experienced his childhood growing up around Santa Cruz California. Having lived around the Bay Area, Michael enjoyed a nurturing liberal environment that encouraged creativity. He spent his early years as a young kid walking around the Santa Cruz Mountains, experiencing the beauty of life. His parents wanting a change in life decided to move to Missouri. Michael finished up high school and then went on to study at Drury University in Springfield, Missouri where he studied environmental science and biology at Drury University, Springfield Missouri. While there he was involved in several projects which he combined with art and environment. His interest in experimenting and being creative expanded. Upon finishing university, Michael became a Peace Corps Volunteer in Western Pacific Islands in Micronesia. There he took great interest in traditional aspects of the local culture with interest in navigation and body decorations. Since then, Michael has spent his life traveling between Seattle and Guam for work always looking to the natural environment for inspiration. As a fully autodidactic artist, Michael developed his artistic style and his bodypainting technique after taking part in the Seattle Freemont Solstice Parade Body-painted Cyclists. Michael has since continued to experiment and grow in area of Body-painting.

Today Michael Travels around USA Including US Pacific Islands. When not hiking or scuba diving, Michael uses his time to further improve his body-painting skills. He is continuously improving and always looking for new ideas that he use to create art. Michael, as of late has been particularly interested in black light body-painting.
