"Having worked with Toni for the first time on a bodyscape duo shoot last year after responding to his casting I became aware of his penchant for capturing dynamic poses with the human anatomy. As a keen practitioner of calisthenics and gymnastics I had been looking to capture some intricate poses in a studio environment. My two main obstacles had been finding a suitable studio in which to hang my apparatus and a photographer who shared my vision. Having delivered exceptional images from our first shoot, Toni immediately accepted the challenge of delivering on my idea. In addition to this he was proactive in finding a studio and making the booking. On the day of the shoot itself we both arrived early as agreed to maximise the time. Having scoped out the studio, Toni had brought equipment necessary to cater for the particular space and idea. Once I had set up apparatus which he helped with it was show time! With the physically taxing nature of the gymnastics routine, Toni was patient in allowing me to warm up as necessary and compose myself for each sequence. As the shoot progressed Toni gave detailed feedback allowing me to make adjustments to my form which was beneficial both technically and from an aesthetic perspective. As mentioned previously Toni is a perfectionist as and his insistence on this inspired me to execute remarkably which he captured better than I could imagine. The edited images were delivered ahead of the estimated time of two weeks and look incredible. Almost as a bonus, we also shot some additional bodyscape images which will be a unique addition to our portfolios so I look forward to see those too! This was a very successful second shoot with Toni. The standard has been set very high so it will be interesting seeing how we can improve on near perfection.
