Hello, my name is Natalie Voltaire and I am a certified freelance makeup artist. It is my passion to create beautiful, unique, and artistic makeup looks for various occasions. I got my Makeup Artist Certificate during the winter of 2014 from the Montgomery College Cosmetology Program. Since then, I have also taken a few classes from the Makeup Designory school in New York and continuously practice my skills. I currently reside in the DC-Maryland-Virginia area but I travel to New York City very often. I have done makeup for photo shoots, proms, school plays, birthdays, etc. I have great rates and I am always willing to work with your budget. I may also do TFP work depending on the project. I am excited to find new models, photographers, designers, hair stylists, etc. to work with. Lets create art!
