My art is an attempt to make people look deeper than face value. I use it to allow people to see similarities within themselves and others. A philosophy of mine is if we look deeper we will cease to see anything as ordinary.
Photography is the favorite medium I choose to work with. I use the interaction between light, darkness, and color to create emotion. Some elements of my work that I like to shed light on are eroticism, activism, and positive beauty image because these are some of the most misunderstood elements in our world today.
