Hello everyone!

Fitness and the outdoors are two of my greatest passions. I am always seeking to expand my horizons with physical activities in nature. Running has always been my main discipline and I love trail running. I have just started rock climbing as well and it has been lots of fun as well. In terms of other physical activities, I also like to keep it very eclectic doing a variety of workouts from weightlifting/bodybuilding, calisthenics, plyometrics, etc.

It has been a long journey of trial and error on the quest for fitness. Over the years, I have learned a lot. I would be honored to be able to inspire people to live healthier and happier lives, by sharing the knowledge that I have.

I am also a pretty big nerd. I love learning new things and pretend that I am a nerd in any particular subjects. That said I really enjoy watching a lot of anime and cosplay is another area I would love to get into.

Just giving this a try at the recommendations of a few of my friends. Sounded like something potentially fun to do on the side. Very excited and eager to learn and grow.
