I've been taking pictures since I was 4 years old and grew up with the smells of developer, fixer, and hypo clearing agents on my hands.
I got a degree in Cinema & Television Arts and worked in the television industry for several years before returning home to take up the family business of school pictures.
After shooting a lot of school pictures for over 8 years, I stepped away for a variety of reasons including family, health, and to end the monotony of the work. I call it the "fast food industry of photography."
Working with unreasonable and unprofessional clients for so long caused me to grow jaded. I'm now reclaiming my love of the art and diversify my portfolio with subjects of all ages, ethnicity, and types.
Naturally I'm looking for paid assignments but if your look happens to fit a hole in my portfolio then I will consider a TFP arrangement.
Please note that I do not do nude work. I've made it a rule to only do work that I could show my mom and kids.
