BlaQeye Visual Arts is a collection of photographic dramas. Each chronicling what I view as the eternal struggle between the forces of Inspiration and those of Imposition, as they struggle over the beauty in every life. Inspiration seeks to liberate that beauty, while Imposition seeks to suppress it.

I seek to inspire, so I write in the language of light because light reveals, it illuminates, it reflects, it promotes, and it celebrates life. I use light to try to give recognition to the seemingly "ordinary" (I hate that word) subjects; and present those often hidden qualities that make each quite extraordinary.

I can never predict what the blaQeye will see in someone or some thing that has to be preserved and shared. I cannot tell you what you will see. Eyes are mere receptacles. Vision occurs in the mind. Which means you may not see anything at all, because "closed minds close eyes".
