My name is Steve Gregson, and I’m currently an artist in residence at Hornsey Town Hall Arts Centre.
My photographic career started photographing theatre and live events. I then focussed on portrait photography, with creative portraits being at the forefront.
I love photography in all forms, genres and styles. Working in education and as a theatre designer enables me to keep my passion for creativity flowing, which transfers into my photography. I frequently explore different ideas, concepts and projects within my work. A lot of which I do not display on my website. I have several ongoing projects and would be happy to discuss them with you on a one to one basis.
I do not limit myself to one ‘style’ within photography. I love the opportunity to seal a single moment in time, captured forever. For me taking photographs is a passion, something I do because I enjoy it. I am not motivated by money, which is reflected in the way in which I work.
