Mica Saunders is a well known group fitness instructor and personal trainer in the Baltimore area. Mica was looking for a way to relieve stress school. While attending The Art Institute, She discovered the art of pole fitness. She developed a love for fitness in 2010 after taking her first pole fitness class.

Mica began trying different forms of fitness such as aerial silks and aerial yoga. After leaving college, Mica decided to open her own pole studio since she could not find a job in her field after college. After a year 1.5 of owning a pole sudio, Mica realized pole fitness isn't for everyone, Although she uses it as apart of her fitness regimen; Mica has branch out to teach other forms of fitness. She currently teaches group fitness that caters to ages 5 and up , including the elderly. Mica really enjoys working with kids in her community!

Mica wants to help as many people as she can to be happy,healthy, and fit!
In 2015 she decided that she wanted to be a fitness model.
