Rachel’s passion for creativity and design started at an early age. Brought up in the countryside of Nottinghamshire, England in the 1990's, her first introduction to the creative allure of beauty and make-up began with her discovery of Pre-Raphaelite art at age 7, finding herself fascinated by the romantic, colourful artist movement. She continued to push her creative boundaries, graduating with a first class degree in Graphic Design at the London College of Arts Camberwell.

Rachel’s exciting career move was triggered when working in a Nottingham based creative agency for a prestigious fashion brand - finding herself observing the make-up artists who worked at the studio photoshoots, admiring the 'hands-on' side to creativity. After two years working as a junior e-commerce design project manager, Rachel relocated herself to London, leaving her full-time work and instead trained at the bespoke Glauca Rossi School of Make-up to which she hasn’t looked back since.
