When not working and running around with the kids she is a dedicated fitness athlete. After competing in her first show Nov 2014 and placing 10th she became inspired and driven to show improvement and prove to be a serious aspiring IFBB Pro figure competitor. With the help from her husband/trainer a short six months later she became a nationally qualified athlete winning 1st place at her second competition and 2 more consecutive wins and an Overall within a month’s timeframe . A few short months later she won 3rd place in her first National Show appearance all within a 10 month timeframe!


Tanesha has documented her fitness journey on her Instagram account for the past 2 and half years from when it just started as; "a want to be in the best shape of my life,” to pursuit of her pro card in less in than a year. "This journey has been so amazing for me, and it's even more rewarding that I've been able to inspire so many people along the way." I want to be that inspiring mother/professional all over the world that proves sky is the limit to your dreams no matter how old you are.
