My name is Elyssa, i'm from Richmond, Virginia. I came to this website hoping to pursue my modeling career. I've been wanting to model since I was a little girl. All I do is follow models on Instagram and Youtube to gain knowledge based on their experiences. I have modeled for Lex's of Carytown and i've worked with some photographers to get pictures done for my portfolio. I think modeling is an art, no you don't just put a bunch of makeup on and get behind a camera. You have to have a certain look, you have to be ready to learn new things, and you can't take things too personally because like I said, you have to have a certain look and if you don't have "the look" that the photographer or modeling company is looking for than oh well. Keep trying!!!

I would say my style varies from grunge to bohemian, people like to say "hipster" as well. Many people, and teachers, at my school are always complementing my outfits, ask where i get my clothes from, and ask how I even think of the outfits I put together. So obviously, I really enjoy fashion lol. Fashion and modeling are extremely important to me and I want them to be apart of my career!
