Almost all of my favorite people are artists - Musicians, Painters, woodworkers, jewelry makers, photographers, models, dancers, etc.  The one thing that every artist that I know and respect has in common, is that they are uncommon.  They are all slightly irregular.  They, like everyone, are all a little bit broken. 

We are all "Misfit Toyz"

My name is Lee Barrentine.  I am a photographer and Jewelry Artist in Pineville NC.  I have been a photographer for over 40 years and a Jewelry artist for over 15 years.  After a diagnosis of a serious heart condition in 2014, I decided to create a small studio in my home. I have gathered a lot of equipment, props, wardrobe, backdrops etc. for the studio.   My heart condition limits how much I can shoot in hot weather so in the summer I shoot in the studio a lot.  I love to shoot fashion, swimwear, steampunk, cosplay, lingerie, art nude and occasionally some fetish or erotica. My wife enjoys assisting me in the studio.

I look forward to working with some of you soon. If you are interested in creating some art, trying something new, getting started modeling,  or even coming back to modeling after a break, contact me.  I shoot out of my studio or I can shoot on location, weather permitting.  I can also bring a portable studio to your home, office etc.  I have very reasonable rates and will do trade shoots with the right models or concepts. The best shoots are those where model and photographer collaborate on a concept.

Are you looking to try something new but not sure you want your photos all over the internet?  I have a release for this very purpose that will give you and I joint custody of the photos.  For example:  If you want to try doing Implied Nudes and decide that you would rather the photos never be published online, this contract allows you to do that.    I can only post the photos online with your written permission on file.

I will provide references or feel free to contact any of the models I work with and I am confident that they will tell you that you will have a good experience shooting with me.  We have a lot of fun. and I love to collaborate with models on shared concepts.
