About Me

HI, my name is Michaela Bell. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona where I trained in all styles of dance. I grew performing competitively as well as training and instructing young dancers. I moved to California (Orange County/ Los Angeles area) two years ago to pursue my passion of dance. Not only do I have a heart for dance but I also love fitness and finding pleasure in living out a healthy and active lifestyle. I always enjoy the challenges that come with fitness and nutrition; you can never be an expert in these fields. I am always looking to increase my knowledge in fitness and constantly strive to be a better version of myself. My goal is to inspire and learn from others around me while I am doing what I enjoy most.
