As a Yoga Instructor, rock climber, hiker, cyclist, jogger, dancer, metalsmith, ceramicist, and gardener, I've found the liberation and creativity that bodily expression offers through all of these passions. It's been my experience that as I explore all of my interests, that a delightful byproduct has been stronger overall health and a refined mind-body connection. I'm happy in my form and delight in the strength that living a healthy and creative lifestyle affords. I'm comfortable and confident inside and outside. It's a pleasure to help other artists and visionaries explore their creativity!
