*** I require all potential models to meet up in public over coffee or tea for a discussion concerning our ideas and any inspirations we hope to incorporate into the shoot. This is for several reasons: (1) solely discussing ideas via the internet/text can take days. (2) to develop trust and dissolve any awkwardness on the day of the shoot. Christian is an interdisciplinary photographer.

So far, doing film photography is the closest she's gotten to feeling like she can do witchcraft. Christian collects and works with a digital SLR as well as vintage party cameras of several film formats. From her studio in Little Village, she works hand in hand with her subjects to style, design, and produce themed shoots that have pop and unique character.
