Hi, I'm Than. I've been oil painting for 2 years now and I'd like to start using my own models for my paintings. Currently I haven't tried to sell any of my artwork but any perspective models would have to be okay with me selling their likeness in the painting itself or in prints of the paintings. I want my paintings to start showing more emotion in the coming year. I want to start painting more visually gripping scenes with distinct facial expressions. I want my paintings to make people think about them even after they've stopped looking at them and to hold their attention when they are looking at them. I know the general look I'm going for. Truth be told I'm not a photographer. I can use a camera I have a few but I'm not a professional by any means. I'm just a painter and I will probably be using what I need to get a photo for a painting.
