Started as your regular journalist, who got easily lost in the red room of her photojournalism classes in university. After a while working with just a pen and a laptop, I took the plunge and bought a DSLR camera. Gathering some artistic friends with a penchant for visuals I helped art direct and shoot a few photographic sessions. I started ThePulchritudinous.com as a street photography blog with a leaning towards fashion and streetstyle, mainly focusing on details and dynamics of the people themselves, rather than what they were wearing. After covering quite a few fashion events in Portugal and London, taking a post graduate course in Fashion Journalism and Art Direction, I am aiming to deepen the spectrum of my portfolio.
