My name is Hope Kennedy and I am the owner of True Beauty By Hope in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am a licensed esthetician and professional makeup artist. I have always had a passion for makeup and making people look and feel good about themselves. I am a graduate of the Aveda Institute and CMC Makeup School in Dallas, Texas where I have been certified in Beauty, Glamour, Fashion, Runway, Airbrush, Hair Styling, FX and Body Painting for Print, Bridal, Film and Production Makeup Industry. I am in the process of growing my business as a makeup artist and expanding my portfolio and would love to network with other professionals who share my passion for all things beauty!
In 1988 I graduated from Southeastern Louisiana University with a BS in Nursing. Having worked in ICU, ER and eye surgery, I am used to working in fast paced, stressful situations.
