My name is Mercedes Kelly and due to some personal things that have come i am currently only going paid shoots, in the near future I will be doing trade shoots again!!
Here are my rates and terms:
Model Production Rates

Fashion/Product: $25/hr*
Bikini/Swimwear: $40/hr*
Lingerie/Boudoir: $60/hr*
Implied nude: $75/hr*
Artistic nude: $100/hr*
Erotic/Fetish: $150/hr*
**Additional expenses
***Day rates

*Charges for service require a 2 hour minimum payment amount, regardless of total shoot time.

**Photographer is subject to supplementary compensation if:
- Agreed upon location meets or exceeds 20 miles from the models residence.
- Further accommodations such as hotel, meal, or miscellaneous expenses are necessitated.
- Additional wardrobe is called for at model's expense and is not in possession or owned by model previously.

***Day rates are charged as a 6 hour production, not to exceed an 8 hour work day. Photographer is subject to an hourly rate of service at time and a half for any additional hours that exceed the 8 hour allotment.

Clauses & Stipulations

The photographer acknowledges that all payments for services are rendered prior to shooting concept, no exceptions.

Model reserves the right to provide their own chaperone, make up artist, or entourage to any shoot at no additional charge to photographer.

Model reserves the right to discontinue services at any point during shoot if personal boundaries are infringed upon at cost to photographer. Some boundaries include:
- Unwanted or un-necessitated encroachment into models personal space without permission of the model.
- Unsuitable poses that are of an obscene or overtly sexual nature.
- Requisitions made by photographer during production. Such as inappropriate advances or touching, lewd gestures, or tasteless sexual references.****

****Photographer will receive one verbal warning of any infractions prior to model withdrawing from production.
