`Dear all, Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Andy Morris and I see myself as a good problem solving, creative thinker with a passion for most things. Actual profession-wise, I am a lecturing/research astrophysicist (which might explain a little on the first part of this bio!) and I have a real fascination of the universe and all it contains.
I have always been involved with photography since I bought my first 'point and shoot' camera all those years ago with a passion to document life as it progresses and shapes and lines of landscape. Since then, I have moved into specific genres such as portraiture (human and animal), art, astrophotography and ceremonial (to name a few).
I see photography as a wonderful combination of two sides of my personality; the clear and concise scientific application through the lens, merging with the beauty of artistic outlook in front of the lens.
My goals and reasons for joining Model Mayhem is to allow me to grow. I am trying to build my portfolio and to make the full step into professional photography with the main objective of becoming a full professional photographer in several genres as stated above. I would dearly like to help up-and-coming models (both sexes) in their pursuit of dreams and in turn them helping me.
On a personal level, I have been told that I am very good at direction of photoshoots and very easy to work with.
